| The BOC has rented the State
Park, the Pavilion, the Amphitheater, and the large indoor Tennis
Complex for the event. The indoor Tennis complex was secured in the
event of inclement weather, and for the group meal. The actual
cost to the BOC was thousands of dollars. A safe environment, with
multiple opportunities that would be interesting to the vast
demographics that comprise the BOC was our goal.
Kenlake State Resort Park is comprised of 90
primary campground facilities. To accommodate the expected
amount of members who will be attending the event, members who book
a reservation after the primary 90 sites are filled will be forced to place there tent in a grassy
open area approved by the State of Kentucky at a reduced camping
rate. Cabins and hotels are another option.
As most will attest, the great thing about
BOC gatherings is finally meeting your fellow members in person.
